Christus Spohn held the ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony of the Dr. Hector P. Garcia Memorial Family Health Center on February 4, 2017.

Dr. Hector P. Garcia Foundation President and daughter of Dr. Hector P. Garcia, Cecilia Garcia Akers spoke at the event.

The state of the art facility provides primary care services, specialty clinics, a pharmacy and urgent care services.

The facility will have extended hours on the weekend and will provide services from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. during the week.

The new facility was conceptually designed to provide services as Dr. Garcia’s commitment was to serve all the patients regardless of their ability to pay.
